These terms apply to the Niko waitlist and, once live, the Niko service.
Niko helps creators find brands that hire content creators, draft outreach, and manage follow-ups. Niko is a software tool: we do not guarantee any specific number of replies, deals, or earnings, and results depend on your content, your rates, and the brands you contact.
You are responsible for the outreach sent from your connected email and for keeping your account details accurate. Do not use Niko to send spam, misrepresent who you are, or contact people unrelated to creator partnerships. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm deliverability for everyone else.
Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Niko never takes a commission on your brand deals.
Your pitches, your relationships, and your deals are yours. Niko claims no ownership of your content and no cut of your earnings.
We may update these terms as the product grows; material changes will be announced by email to account holders before they take effect.
